Perwira Cipta Mandiri Producers Cooperative is a cooperative based in

Kedarpan Village, Kejobong District, Purbalingga Regency, Central Java,

specializing in high-quality local spices as its flagship commodity. Officially established in 2022

the cooperative is committed to empowering local farmers and producers through a professional,

transparent, and export-oriented cooperative system.

As part of the Export-Oriented MSME Program,

Perwira Cipta Mandiri Cooperative is directly mentored by LPEI (Indonesia Eximbank)—a state-owned financial institution

under the coordination of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Through this intensive mentorship, the cooperative has gained access to:

• Institutional capacity building, through training in cooperative management, finance, and export readiness.

• Product competitiveness enhancement, focusing on value-added development, quality certification, and improved packaging.

• Access to international markets, particularly through facilitated initial exports to Japan.

• Technical and marketing guidance, enabling the cooperative’s products to meet global standards and market demands.

The support provided by LPEI not only strengthens the internal structure of the cooperative but also encourages

its members to scale up from local producers to globally competitive exporters. This has positioned Perwira Cipta Mandiri

as a model of export-driven cooperative development, growing through a synergy between local strength and national institutional support.

As a growing organization, Perwira Cipta Mandiri continues to seek collaboration with various stakeholders

to expand market reach, improve product quality, and sustainably enhance the welfare of its members.
